VELUX top-hung roof window in a white maintenance-free finish is the perfect choice for windows in easy reach. The moisture-resistant white polyurethane finish is robust, easy to clean and ideal for humid rooms such as kitchens and bathrooms. Top-hung windows open outwards for an unobstructed view and a feeling of extra space. Operated via a handle at the bottom of the sash, top-hung roof windows remain open in any position up to an angle of 45 degrees.

The 62 pane is a triple glazed unit with enhanced noise reduction providing a sound reduction of 42dB due to the special insulation glass. It also features a laminated inner pane for safety, an 8mm toughened outer pane with anti-dew coating to reduce the amount of condensation forming on the window and a U-value 0.81W/m²K. For easy cleaning of the external pane, the roof window rotates 180 degrees and locks in position.

The top-hung roof window is suitable for roof pitches between 15 - 55 degrees with the correct flashing.
