To ensure delivery this year, please place your order by 16/12/2024.
Orders placed after 16/12/2024 will most probably be delivered in 2025.

We deliver directly to the address that you have specified when purchasing a product in this e-shop. A signature is required upon delivery of your goods. The signature is accepted by us as valid proof of delivery in the right condition. Please note the order may be palletised and delivered to the kerbside.

Where do We Deliver?

We ONLY deliver to UK mainland addresses for orders through this site. If you would like your products shipped to a different country, please visit one of our other shops. See a list of VELUX shops at www.veluxshop.com. Special terms and conditions may apply

Channel Islands customers: Orders can not be placed online for delivery to these areas. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please contact VELUX customer services by either email: sales@velux.co.uk or telephone: 01592 778 225 to place your order.

Status of Your Order

We will send an email order confirmation and keep you updated at each stage of the ordering and delivery process. To enable us to offer the best service we can, we may call you to discuss your delivery requirements and pass your contact details on to our carrier. This will allow them to send you updates on your delivery via SMS and E-mail if selected. Should you have any problems, we ask you to contact us with your order details. VELUX will not pass on these details to any other third parties.

Standard delivery on most roof windows is 2 full working days. All times stated are in working days. The delivery time is stated on the basket page. For all orders placed in this shop we give you the possibility to select a later delivery date that suits you at no extra costs.

Direct to site delivery

Direct to site deliveries are offered, a charge of £40 applies for roof windows and £5 for accessoires

The delivery time is given on the overview page of your order. Order by 4pm (3pm Northern Ireland) to be processed the same day. Standard delivery can be anytime between the hours of 08.00-18.00 Monday to Friday.
