The VELUX GGLS 3in1 electric 207030 roof window lets you experience a new world of daylight and fresh air. The window consists of three separate centre-pivot roof windows placed in one frame, ensuring an even greater influx of daylight and fresh air, while facilitating installation of the product. The window’s slim frame and white painted interior make for an aesthetically pleasing integration into the roof, making the 3in1 the perfect choice for loft conversions.
The window is solar powered and remote operated and can be operated using the pre-paired wall switch or the VELUX ACTIVE app. It can also be operated using another io-homecontrol® device or the universal wall switch 310. Solar operation also makes for easier installation as no wiring is needed. Remote control of the window allows for a maximum opening of 200mm. The 3in1 consists of three separate sashes. The middle sash is fixed and cannot be opened, while the ones to the left and right can be opened both remotely and manually.
The operation bar is used to operate the window manually, while the ventilation flap allows you to let in fresh air without opening the window. For manual operation, the window must be fully shut, and the electric motor not yet engaged. Manual operation allows you to rotate the window up to 180° to allow for safe cleaning of the outer glass from inside the room.
The 70 safety glazing has great insulating capabilities with U-value 1.2 W/m²K and has a laminated inner pane to avoid glass falling into the room in case of accidental breakage. The outer pane is toughened for added strength.
