VELUX electric centre-pivot roof windows with a water-based white paint internal finish. The high quality low maintenance white finish is ideal for modern interiors and reflect more light into a room than darker surfaces. Operation is via the pre-paired wall switch for easy control of your electric roof window. Comes with a pre-installed hidden motor and a rain sensor to automatically close in the event of rain.

The 70 pane features laminated safety glazing as standard to prevent glass falling into the room and a toughened outer pane for strength with a U-value 1.3W/m²K. The VELUX electric roof windows are suitable for roof pitches between 15 - 90 degrees with the correct flashing.
