GDL S10L02 roof balcony / single

VELUX roof balcony GDL consists of an upper and a lower section.

The upper section is top-hung and operated with a handle on the sash. The sash can remain open in any position up to an angle of 45° to give an uninterrupted view to the outside. The ventilation flap on the top sash allows fresh air to enter the room through a dust and insect filter. 

The lower section is bottom-hung and operated with two handles on the top sash. When the upper section is opened, the lower section can be pushed outwards to vertical position. As the lower section opens, integrated banister railings are raised on both sides. Two safety catches lock the window in the open position. 

Package includes:

- VELUX roof balcony in white painted finish to match most interiors.
- Triple glazing with toughened outer pane with easy-to-clean coating and a laminated inner pane for additional safety.
- Flashings for slates up to 8mm thick.
- Installation products (BDX 2000)

The roof balcony can be installed in roof pitches between 35° and 53°.
