Consider an electrical vented base unit for added ventilation in the room and a better indoor climate. The electrically vented glass rooflight provides optimal ventilation with the touch of a button.

Open and close your rooflight at the touch of a button using the simple wall switch provided and the pre-installed rain sensor automatically closes the window in the event of rain. 

This base unit is compatible with both of the ISU top units – flat glass (for pitch range between 2° to 15°) and curved glass (for pitch range between 0° – 15°).
