This fixed base unit has 3-layer glazing with excellent energy performance as well as sound reduction capabilities in case of rain, hail or traffic. Enjoy the security and peace of mind of laminated safety glass on the inside.

Durable PU frame provides a maintenance-free surface for the lifetime of the rooflight. 

This base unit is compatible with both of the ISU top units – flat glass (for pitch range between 2° to 15°) and curved glass (for pitch range between 0° – 15°).

Blinds are available and are placed inside the rooflight. Mounting is therefore most convenient during the installation process.
